Versa is a restaurant, based on the Isle of Man, with sustainability at its core.
We offer a relaxed brunch/lunch in the daytime, where walk-ins are welcome, and we offer a daily changing tasting menus at night (reservations only, as we are a zero-waste establishment).

Our menu changes every evening to truly reflect the "season"...although what's a season anymore?
Our goal is to make our footprint as small as possible, and we do this through tackling over-consumption, only using local ingredients, making green choices, foraging invasive weeds and focusing on the community and circular economy.

All diets, allergies, and food restrictions are easily catered for when stated in your booking form.
